Wonderful customer service from Natalie helping me to replace the housing on my installed tap filter - local high water pressure issue misaligned the thread and o ring. Very grateful for the replacement. Great product and service!

The tap filter was easily installed following accompanying instructions. The water tastes so much better- knowing the water is clean makes using and drinking it such a pleasure.

I just installed the Tappwater tap filter or what they call overseas the EcoPro Compact.
I'm quite disappointed because the main spout does not appear to have any type of restrictor so it's not water wise at all!
I was told via email the flow rate was 4L minute from main spout, but I think they got confused
The 4L flow rate seems to be for the filtered spout instead

Have had issues with the filter housing leaking, but have had excellent response to replacement housings

Water tastes better. Far better than Brita water.

We love our new TAPP Water filter. We have as much filtered water as we want, whenever we want. There's no more big bench top water filter taking up space, no under sink filter, and no need for plumbing in. A quick tap adapter and we were up and running. Happy customers.

Update: good customer service. I received a free replacement as it was still under warranty.

No problem with customer service. Only thing was that the main part of the tap filter (the part that cartridge is placed inside) had a crack when I had been using it for roughly 11 months. Water spouts out of the crack when I open the tap. But considering the cost of the product, I think it’s not too bad to last for roughly 11 months.

We've never been a fan of spending money, buying bottled water and adding to the plastic waste problem.
We'd put off installing "whole of house" filtration as we simply could not justify the expense. However, on realising there is only ONE tap in the house used for cooking or drinking water, finding this system was the solution we had been looking for.
Simple, straightforward and effective. The filters are easy to replace and it doesn't take up unnecessary space. The taste is clearly better than tap or boiled water and ideal when used to supply a distiller as the remaining sediment is minimal.

We used the other popular filter jug system for years and only now switched to Tapp. We think there is PFAS in our water supply so we are keen to only drink filtered water. The other brand refuses to say whether they filter out PFAS on their website. Such arrogance!! Oh I wish we did the switch much earlier- water tastes better with Tapp and no more jugs to clean every time the filter needs changing. No more unsightly water jugs sitting on benchtop and scratching the benchtop. Renewing the filter is also very easy now. Everyone in the family loves the ‘Water Revolution’ and wish we switched earlier. Best of all, no more water sitting in plastic jugs with us drinking in microplastics. Highly recommend if you want to switch away from filter jugs.

The water filter is not stainless steel, it is actually plastic, and over time the coating starts to peel off. This means you’re potentially adding more plastic into your water, which defeats the purpose of a filter. Ours also broke in less than a year, which is very disappointing for the price.
