Drop it off at your nearest Australia Post outlet using the prepaid shipping label we send you.
Get your refund. Once we receive the return, your full refund lands within 3–5 business days.
Didn't fit your tap?
Before you go through a return, drop us a line and describe your tap. Most Australian taps work with the right adapter — we can often sort it on the spot, free. If not, we'll get the return moving straight away.
A note on refills
Opened, used refill cartridges can't be returned — they can't be resold. Wrong refill or a product issue? Get in touch and we'll make it right.
