If for whatever reason, you are unsatisfied with any TAPP Water product that you've been delivered, we want to know about it! We take great pride in offering high-quality, sustainable, and affordable products. 

However, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please email us with a photo or video of the problem area/s. We'll be happy to send you a free replacement. If you're not happy with our products, then neither are we. 

Alternatively, if you wish to request a refund within 30 days of receiving your delivery, let us know and we'll guide you through the process.
