Shipping rates

• Free standard shipping on every order. No minimum spend, no thresholds.
• Express shipping: $15.

Dispatch

• Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 12pm (midday) Sydney time, Monday to Friday.
• Orders placed after midday are dispatched the next business day.
• You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery estimates

We ship from Sydney with Australia Post and CouriersPlease.

Standard:

• NSW: 2–4 business days
• Interstate: 3–6 business days

Express:

• NSW: 1–2 business days
• Interstate: 1–3 business days

Good to know

• Tracking: every order includes a tracking number.
• PO boxes & parcel lockers: we deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers, Parcel Collect and military addresses.
• Damaged or lost in transit: we replace it — email us and we'll sort it out.
• No handling fees — ever.
• Packaging: orders ship in environmentally friendly, recyclable packaging.
• Unforeseen events (severe weather, carrier disruptions) can occasionally delay dispatch or delivery. If your order is affected, we'll keep you informed.
