Shipping Destinations: Australia (Domestic Only)

Shipping Carriers:We exclusively use eParcel and Australia Post for our shipping services to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your orders.

Shipping Methods: Standard Shipping

Shipping Rates:

  • Free Standard Shipping for purchases over $150.
  • $10 Standard Shipping fee for purchases under $150.
  • $15 Express Shipping

Processing Time:

  • Same Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 12pm (midday) will be dispatched the same day. 

  • For orders placed after midday, we dispatch within the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once the order has been shipped. Please note, unforeseen events such as natural disasters can impact dispatch times.

Shipping Time Estimates:

Parcel Post: 

  • Same State (NSW): 2-4 business days
  • Interstate: 3-6 business days

Express Post: 

  • Same State (NSW): 1-2 business days
  • Interstate: 1-3 business days

Order Tracking: Customers will receive tracking numbers to check the status of their shipment.

Handling Fees: We do not charge any handling fees in addition to shipping costs.

Damaged/Lost Shipments: If items arrive damaged or are lost in transit, we will replace them.

PO Boxes, Parcel Locker, Parcel Collect and Military Addresses: We ship to PO Boxes and Military Addresses.

Packaging: Our items are typically packaged in environmentally-friendly, biodegradable packaging. We include an additional adhesive strip for returning items when needed.

Holiday Shipping: We do not have special notes or cut-off dates for holiday seasons.

Force Majeure Clause: Please note that unforeseen events such as natural disasters can impact dispatch times. In such cases, we will do our best to keep customers informed of any delays.
