The Forever Fresh Guarantee applies to tap and shower filters. Glass products like the PitcherPro and BottlePro aren't included — glass is glass, and that's a different kind of risk. That said, reach out and we'll always do our best to help.
The RO Countertop comes with a 2-year warranty. It's a more complex system at a different price point, so we back it differently. Outside of that, get in touch anyway — we'll always try to help.
