Quick questions

When should I replace it?

Up to 12 months or 1,200 litres, whichever comes first — a two-person household drinking ~2L each a day lands at roughly a year. You don't need to track any of it: the system counts usage and flashes the filter light when it's time.

Why is there no subscription?

Because the machine does the remembering. A calendar subscription would only guess when you need a cartridge — the light knows, based on what you've actually poured. Order when it flashes; before 12pm Sydney time it ships the same day, free.

Will this fit my RO Countertop?

What about the warranty?

The RO Countertop carries a 2-year warranty. Cartridges are consumables, so they're not covered — but they're the machine's only ongoing cost, once a year.
