We offer two subscription options — both built for long-term savings and peace of mind:

What is the Forever Fresh Guarantee?
As long as you’re subscribed, we’ve got you covered — for life.
If your filter housing cracks, the valve wears out, or you move and need a new adapter, we’ll replace the part for free. No forms, no fuss.

Can I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription?
Yes — you're in full control.
You can pause your subscription, skip a renewal, or cancel anytime from your customer dashboard. No lock-in contracts. No cancellation fees.
Will i get a reminder before my renewal?
Absolutely. We'll email you a reminder before your next renewal — no surprises. You’ll have plenty of time to update your details, pause, or cancel if needed.
How often do I need to change the filter?
Each refill lasts around 2 months for most households.
Your subscription includes 6 refills, so you're covered for the full year.
We’ll even send refill reminders so you never forget to swap it out.
What if I move house or change taps?
No problem — just let us know.
If your new tap needs a different adapter, we’ll send it to you for free as part of your Forever Fresh Guarantee. We include 5 adapters to fit most taps out of the box, but we’ll make sure you're covered no matter where you live.
Can I use Afterpay or Zip to pay for my subscription?
Not yet — Buy Now Pay Later services like Afterpay and Zip don’t currently support subscriptions.
We’re keeping an eye on it, and as soon as those providers allow recurring payments, we’ll look to add support. In the meantime, all subscriptions can be paid securely with a credit or debit card.
Why won't my promo code work on subscription products?
We don’t allow discount codes on subscriptions — because they’re already priced better than any promo we run.
