Once I got over a quick user error installation it was amazing! Even got my husband to do a smell test of the two waters and you could tell the difference - sadly I couldn’t get him to do a taste comparison as he immediately refused the regular tap water.

Had slight hiccup with Compact version support rectified without question and replaced faulty unit without me requesting same. This company deserves all the kudos for Unit assistance and customer satisfaction. Buy with absolute confidence. 5 Stars.
Very disappointed with the filter , not up to the mark. Water still tastes the same after using this filter. My valuable time is wasted. Definitely not going to recommend to any one. If they can refund money that i paid will be a great. Want to give zero star but it not available. I must see my review in the review list pls dont remove it.

So, for everyone reading, here's the story of this order.
On July 24th, Abhilash ordered one filter. The parcel got held up in transit, which can happen sometimes along the way. But when a delivery is delayed, we take accountability for it rather than pointing at the courier, so we shipped a second filter, free of charge. Then the original turned up too. Two filters delivered, one day apart, for the price of one.
A week later, Abhilash asked to return them. No problem. We emailed a prepaid return label the same day. Then came the twist: he asked us to refund him for both filters, including the one he never paid for. We politely declined that, and confirmed his full refund would be processed as soon as the return arrived. This review, asking for a refund, went up after all of that was already agreed in writing.
On the filter itself: it's independently lab-tested. And if you scroll through the other reviews on this page, you'll find taste is the thing people rave about most. We'll let them speak for us on that one.
He also mentioned he wanted to leave zero stars but couldn't find the option. We value this feedback and will pass it on to Judge.me, the technology provider behind our review platform.
So that's the story: free replacement filter, prepaid return label, full refund before we've even received the return. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, and that's what every customer gets, whatever the star rating.
Honestly, I went back and forth on whether to write this reply at all. Maybe I shouldn't have. The usual move is a sad little apology and everyone moves on. But we're a small Aussie business, we work hard on this stuff, and sometimes you just have to tell the story. We are very happy with our EcoPro Tap Water Filter. It is much more robust than our original, smaller Eco filter and it is performing brilliantly. Plenty of water pressure and very clean drinking water!

I purchased the TAPP on tap water filter late last year. While we loved the product it failed a number of times because of our suburbs high water pressure. I wrote to TAPP and was offered a replacement model -ECOProSMR without any extra payment or cost. This is pretty remarkable after-sales. The new filter has arrived and works without problems providing beautiful filtered water from our kitchen tap. Blue Mountains has had a bad history with forever chemicals in our water supply. this filter is a tangible way we can avoid that health issue at a modest cost. Not every company accessed via Internet deserves accolades. Tapp on the other hand displays great customer service and a product of which they are proud. I'm happy to write them this review.

Overall, I had a great experience with Tappwater. They helped me find the right filter for our shower and replied to my questions very quickly. We had an issue with the kitchen filter because of our high water pressure, but they sorted it out without any hassle. Great customer service. I’d happily recommend them.

I have only used it for a month. Saying that it earned it's keep when I noticed the black deposit left in the bottom of my kettle has not reappeared so that's encouraging.
It's a shame there is no warning i.e. colour change of filter when the filter needs changing or any access to the filter to see the 'impurities' just to confirm it is doing it's job.

I had a previous model from your company that works well but this latest model has such a tiny pour spout the water barely trickles out. I’ve tried adjusting the angle, adjusting the top, retesting the filter. It is so frustrating!

I got stung buying an "Australian family owned business" on tap filter that apparently operated out of Sydney. Only to realise that, actually, it was very likely a drop shipping front as the product was shipped using a middle east shipping company and it took weeks to arrive. Plastic adapters that just do not work at all!...So lets just say it failed miserably and went straight into the bin.

This filter now has become the source of all drinking water in our house, for the humans and the boss, our 3 year old German Shepherd. We will be installing the ShowerPro Diamond in the very near future given the toxins and heavy metals absorbed through our skin with every shower etc, and I'm confident this filter will perform as well as the on tap filter already in use.
