Screw the filter on where the aerator was. If it fits right away, great! If not, use one of the 5 adapters we include—we’re pretty sure one of them will work.

Will the filter affect my water flow?
Not really—our filter is designed to be fast, with a flow rate of 4 litres per minute, which is one of the fastest available.

Hot water can damage the filter, reduce its effectiveness, and even cause the housing to crack or burst. Heat also reduces the filter’s ability to remove chemicals like chlorine, PFAs, and VOCs, while weakening the plastic, which can lead to leaks or even structural failure.
To prevent damage, your Tappwater filter has a switch that lets you toggle between filtered and unfiltered water. If you need hot water for cleaning or washing dishes, simply switch to unfiltered mode to protect the filter and avoid any risk of damage.
