The water tastes much better after installing our Tapp system for our kitchen water facet. We just signed up for the renewal service after a year of use which I'm glad we did as it covers replacement all of the pieces used for the filtration system. I noticed the top side of our filter housing has developed a hair line crack across it. We can't notice it when the water isn't running through the filter housing, but when turned on for filtered water, the filter housing bulges and the crack becomes pronounced. I'll be requesting a replacement before the crack increases and we can't use it. If we didn't subscribe to the yearly filter service replacement, we'd have to buy a new unit which isn't cheap.

I purchased a tap filter and put on my kitchen tap but unfortunately overtightened it and could not remove it to put it on a new tap i was installing. I contacted the company and explained my predicament and they sent me out a replacement fitting free of charge despite me saying I would pay. Brilliant product, clean water, affordable and the service was prompt and friendly.

I love my screw-on tap water filter. Its sleek design doesn’t make it an intrusive attachment to your kitchen mixer.
The installation instructions were easy to follow, and when none of the connectors fit my tap, I emailed the contact and was sent a different set of connectors at no extra cost. Absolutely outstanding service too, because the connectors arrived within the day of advising they would be sent. I love being able to drink filtered water from the tap and knowing my son is also receiving the best quality water too. I use it for washing my fruit and veg, boiling, and steaming. The filtration has basically replaced my need for the mainstream “dirty” water outlet.

Absolutely loved this thing for about 4 months until the valve which switched between the tap and the filter started to leak. As it is now we can’t prevent the hot water from leaking through to the filter side, so I assume the filters would be damaged by this and don’t really know how to fix it. Tried taking it off and putting it all back on again but the same thing happens - doesn’t seem like it’s been built to last. I bought a 6 month filter supply thinking it would work for a lot longer but assume I’ll need to replace the whole unit now. Not sure it’s really worth it.

Great product and great customer service! I knew I’d need a special adapter and told them straight after I bought the product and they sent me all together.

The delivery was fast using express post. It was a hassle free installation as the package came prepared with a large range of sizes which other brands claim to have but don’t! We have peace of mind using this filter Tapp.

Big improvement on the taste and less sediment on electric jug base plate, good result for the purchase.

Delicious water - I could taste the difference immediately from ordinary tap water, then using the filter.
I have purchased a tap filter for my kitchen and one for the bathroom, a Shower Filter Diamond (so much better for my skin and hair) and lastly a water bottle - so I made a huge change to every place I use or consume water.
I even use it to fill my C-Pap machine every night instead of purchasing expensive bottled water.
I could not be happier with the products and will continue to refill filters when required.
