For so long I’ve wanted to have a water filter on my tap. I don’t have to constantly fill up the water filter jug anymore, I can just simply turn the notch on the tap and instantly have filtered water! The Tapp filter is so easy to install and use. Not only does it look sleek, but the water tastes pure!

After using the filter the water taste so much fresher and clean . Top notch customer service , very helpful.

Rather than paying a company hundreds to install a filter system under the sink (that takes up space), we decided to try this on our kitchen tap. Installed in a couple of minutes, it does the job easily. MUCH easier than boiling water for drinking purposes or other methods of purifying water for consumption. It doesn't take long to get used to turning it off, for hot water and on again for cold. Also, as it's only on the tap used for drinking water, the filter lasts longer and is more economical. No more sediment in water or the bottom of the kettle. Even husband has noticed the difference. When we have tap water served at a restaurant, he notices the "after-taste". We don't need a filter on the washing, toilet or shower, so this is a good option instead of "whole of house" filters that cost a lot more.

This product is fantastic, I can’t believe I haven’t found it sooner. Also Natalie and the staff went above and beyond to ensure it was fitted correctly. I couldn’t be more happier. Thank you so much for your patience and getting back to me so fast over Christmas break.

Although it took several attempts to fit the connector….I have a strange tap which has short thread preventing the correct connector screwing in straight resulting in some leakage….we finally did it with some plumbing thread tape to prevent the leakage. It was well worth the extra effort! The water has no smell, it tastes great, and the filter is not cumbersome, unlike some,…we couldn’t be happier.
I bought an additional one for my daughter and she loves the water quality as well.
