It All Started With A Simple Question…

For two Sydneysiders living in Barcelona, this question sparked an idea that transformed how Australians access clean, great-tasting water.


Like many cities at the time, Barcelona's tap water wasn’t safe to drink. Contaminants, heavy metals and a metallic taste meant locals and tourists had to rely on single-use plastic bottles—a cleaner option with a serious cost to the planet. 



Determined to find a better way, James and Sarah installed a simple screw-on tap water filter—and their water worries disappeared. No more lugging around heavy bottles or paying top dollar for a natural resource—just fresh, tasty water straight from their kitchen sink.

Bringing clean drinking water home

What started as a simple switch in Spain has grown into a mission to help Australians ditch plastic waste and enjoy fresh, filtered water at home.

I'm loving it

Yes its very good, makes a world of a difference even between bottled water which I've been buying. So now that's one less concern I have, I don't have to.bottled water all the time. The taste is much better and I'm loving it

Edit to my one star review for it being cracked on top after 2 months of use.

Very effective

We have been using the Tappwater tap filter for about a month now. There was an immediate difference in the flavour of the water - no chlorine taste whatsoever. Yippee! The faucet attachment is quite sleek and we've found it easy to use. The flow rate is good, too - faster than a typical filter tap.

Screw on tap water filter - Poor quality - plastic, noisy and leaks

Received the product today. Sorry to say but I expected a better quality product, thought it would be a metal casing but instead it is plastic. It is leaking between adapter and tap, makes a whistling noise every time you filter, and the filter part is flimsy and spins around. I am contemplating whether to return/get refund or not. I would not recommend the product at this price level.
