As the filtration media reaches capacity, it becomes less effective at removing contaminants, which can impact the taste and quality of your water. Regularly changing the filter ensures that your water stays pure, fresh, and free from unwanted substances. It also helps maintain a steady flow rate, preventing clogging and slow filtration.
How will I know to change my filter?
There are a few signs that indicate it's time to replace your filter. If the water starts flowing more slowly, it could mean that the filter is becoming clogged. A change in taste or odour may also suggest that the filter is no longer effectively removing contaminants.
Even if you don’t notice these changes, we recommend replacing the filter every 3 months to ensure the best filtration performance.

There's no doubt the filtering function of the the Water Filter Jug works well - it significantly improved the taste, but unfortunately the design is poor and price high. Water pours painfully slowly once the jug is 1/3 empty and I need to pour over the sink as it seems to drip on a weird and unpredictable angle. Design tip - it'd help to have a line makred on the jug indicating maximum capacity (this is really hard to gauge before you put the lid on).
Fantastic filter which makes the water taste so much better and super simple to use. The customer service is second to none! Only recommendation is if possible to have a silicone sleeve for the glass as it is quite fragile. And I do wish it would flow quicker but 100% worth it!

Water tastes good but it doesn’t pour properly
Great product only issue is it’s not always a good flow from the jug
Love the taste of the filtered water better that the one we have attached to tap which needs filters changed regularly and are quite expensive the more micron in filter
Only issue is with jug, takes a while to pour into glass even when air trap is expelled,
My husband is rather fussy about drinking water and has been blown away by the difference our TAPP WATER filter had made to our tap water. I went for the filter as it’s one of very few aesthetically pleasing options available. The fact that it has form AND function makes it an all-round winner in our household.
