I’m amazed at how different the water tastes, I wasn’t expecting such a drastic difference. Definitely worth every cent, I’ve already recovered the cost of the filter as I no longer have to buy cartons of water weekly.
Customer service was A++. When my tap filter arrived, its just my luck that it didn’t fit, even with the many connections provided. I emailed and received a reply within 10 minutes, and a new lot of connections were sent immediately. No dramas, no questions asked. Fairly happy with the tap filter. However, it will drip a couple of drops after turning off. Is this normal? It would be a shame if the tap is not durable as I have purchased a second lot of filters

A couple of drops after turning off is completely normal as the remaining water in the spout drains out. It shouldn’t continue dripping for long though but if it does, please let us know and we’ll be happy to help troubleshoot.

The tap is made from the highest grade ABS plastic and designed to last well beyond your filter lifespan, but we’ll absolutely support you if you run into any issues down the track.

Love it

We are renting and wanted an easy way to get better quality drinking water without it costing a fortune. We also wanted we could take with us if we had to move.
Love it so far- just hard to know when to changed the filter. The tap that goes from filter to normal water also feels like it’s plastic? So I wonder about the longevity- but we haven’t had issues this past month.
