If you're considering becoming a subscriber to TAPP Water, you'll be eligible for a lifetime warranty on your product. Yippee! This means that as long as you remain a subscriber, we'll replace your product at no additional charge if it needs to be replaced during the term of your subscription. All parts and replacements are covered by us, so you don't have to worry about a thing. Just don't go throwing our products out of windows or anything like that – we're not responsible for misuse.

If you're thinking about purchasing a starter pack or a non-subscription product, don't worry – you'll still be covered by a warranty. In this case, the warranty is 1 year. If your product needs to be replaced during this time, we'll take care of the replacement at no additional charge as long as you follow our return instructions. Easy peasy!
